Eating can be problematic even if you are only taking low fat low sugar stuff. Remember that everything in excess is bad for your health. There is one problem in particular that many people are familiarized with: Anxiety. The dictionary defines the word anxiety as "A state of uneasiness and apprehension, as about future uncertainties". This state can affect a person a lot when it comes to eating since that is the first thing people tend to do when they feel anxious is to go and get something to eat in order to feel better, the bad part about this is they actually do not realize how much they are eating and it is most common for people to take unhealthy snacks such as chips and candy.
On the other hand, there is depression. Defines as "A psychiatric disorder characterized by an inability to concentrate, insomnia, loss of appetite, feelings of extreme sadness, guilt, helplessness and hopelessness, and thoughts of death", it leads to the opposite of anxiety most of the time since people in the state of depression tend to stop eating since they are only thinking about sad stuff which takes their appetite away.

People in depression and anxiety should be helped by people who notice about it since they have no notion of what they are doing. They should all get help from professionals and try to help them with the issue they are worried about. Health is the most important thing to watch for.
